Shipping & Returns Policies - PLEASE READ

Thank you so much for shopping with Lucretia’s Body Oils and Sprays. ALL LBOS orders are custom/handmade and processed in the order that they’re received. Orders are shipped 5-8 business days from the date you place the order (this does not include weekends and holidays). IF you place your order during a sale, please allow an additional 2 BUSINESS days for delivery. This is due to the order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order is about to be shipped

RETURN POLICY

  1. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at lawoilsandsprays@aol.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Sending photos does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  1. Final Sale Items

All Body Butters, Sugar Scrubs, promotional items, discounted items, sale items, clearance items, and limited-release items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  1. Approved Return Requests

Returns are considered only for select unused and unopened items approved by our team. Approved items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  1. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Orders are processed and shipped exactly as submitted.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Tracking information is emailed once your order has shipped. Please use your tracking number through usps.com to monitor your package before contacting us regarding delivery updates.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed status, additional shipping fees will be required to reship the order.

  1. Local Delivery Orders

Local delivery orders must be placed through our website, require a minimum purchase of $50, and include a $5 delivery fee. Your order must be a total of $50 not including taxes, etc for the local delivery of $5 to be applied to the specific zip codes below.

Local delivery is available only for the following ZIP codes:

61801, 61802, 61820, 61821, 61822, and 61874.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
