When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped 5-8 business days from the date you place the order. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. During sale times, please allow an extra 2 days due to order volume.

My tracking states that my order was shipped/delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are insured, and customers should contact the carrier directly with tracking information to file any complaints. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I request a custom scent to be added to LBOS fragrance list selection?

We happily accept requests and include them in our request list. However, given the cost associated with producing our luxurious scents, we must prioritize scents that are in higher demand among our consumers.

Do you recommend scents?

We refrain from offering specific scent recommendations as individual scent preferences vary greatly. However, we tell you our most popular selling scents and list our new fragrances.
